Default yorkie has pulled a 180 on us

Our baby Snickers is about to put me in a mental institution. LOL

She is only 10.5 weeks old and that might be the main issue here. lol...the last 2 days she has produced some very odd behavior.

here is a little background:

we had been having some serious back and forth issues with her as far as potty training. she started out doing great on the potty pads and then last week she started sometimes using the pads and sometimes peeing elsewhere in the house(she would always pee outside). beginning of this week she started fighting using the pads at all, in fact most times if you try to put her on a pad she will just stand there and look at you . But she would still pee elsewhere in the house.......then like a miracle Tuesday and Wednesday she did not have a single accident in the house and everytime we took her out she would pee and poop(when she needed to) with no issues whatsoever.

Then I made the mistake of saying to my wife.."Wow, she is really doing good with this" ...Since that minute practically she has become very very very stubborn. She isn't really having many accidents in the house, but when we take her outside she fights everything from the second we put her down to walk. She will not walk, we have to "drag" her along(we use a harness so it is not truly dragging)..she will only walk freely when she knows we are heading back towards our apt.....she still pees outside with little issue, but she more or less refuses to poop....in fact at times she will squat to poop, then it seems like she realizes what she is doing and just lays down or sits instead and just stares at us......it is very confusing as we always praise her for peeing and poopies outdoors or using a pad.

Another odd thing she did yesterday was when I was drying her off(it was sprinkling outside) she pretty mcuh went a little insane ont he handtowel and made some evil noises we never heard from her previously. lol

Needless to say we are at a loss as to what to do.
