I am sorry you had such horrible interactions with such rude people! Yorkies are so special, and I think only owners of yorkies, or really small dogs in general get it. Furgie is like my baby. I take her to doggy day care because I work long days (3 12 hour shifts that can sometimes turn into 14 hour shifts), too long for her to stay home by herself. I have a car carrier I harness her into and she can look out the window, the carrier can also go on my bike and we go on bike rides...I love her sooo much! I just posted a thread asking if other people are called crazy for caring so much about their pup. The other day I met my girlfriend at starbucks. She held on to Furgie while i went in. Some guy told my friend, if the coyotes don't get her, the owls will! When she told me that...I was like WHAT???? I am glad it wasn't me he said that to.....who says that to people???? People can just be dumb! And lucky for us we have YorkieTalk....where we are understood and don't have to feel embarassed about caring and spoiling our little pups!
