thanks, ladies. i did give her maybe 6-8 mL of water out of a dropper last night but that really upset her. and i bought her some "cesar" meals as an incentive to get her to eat, along with a lil sour cream that is her favorite! i usually give her a little dollop to take her interceptor, etc.
i know spaying is very routine, but just like so many (prob all) of you feel on here...she's my baby! i'll just keep babying her & take any other ideas that come in, thanks again!
