My heart goes out to you. Back pain is absolutely the one thing that will drive you out into the middle of the street looking for a truck. I have numerous issues all of which are degenerating. I, like mileydog, use ICE alllllll the time! I have about 3 different ice packs that are always ready to go. It does get discouraging but you have to out last it. Know that you are not alone and keep learning about the other options out there.
