Hello and welcome to YT! We love YT and all of the information that this wonderful site has to offer. There are several rescues in S. Cali that are reputable rescue. My suggestion would be check Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinderto begin. There are several members of YTNR that are members here on YT that are foster homes as well.
