I agree with Bri, you shouldn't be so hard on the Chihuhua breed, they are smart and cute little dogs. I know you were probably upset when you wrote this.. Next time just think before you say something. Remember this is a DOG THREAD, We LOVE YORKIES here, but we also love all dog breeds.
I tottaly understand what you are going through, My DH decided to take our yorkie Pnut to the groomers, he told her that he wanted his dog to look like his head ( which is shaved) I had no idea this was taking place.. Well when I got home I didnt even realize Pnut was my dog, he was 100% shaved down to his whiskers...and Yes he looked like a Chihuhua!!
We laugh at it now, but Dh is no longer in charge of the grooming! hehe
For what it is worth he is still your baby, no matter how sort his hair is. You have a right to be upset, but take this as a lesson and do some research on groomers, ask around.
I also want to tell you he is very cute!!
