I am so glad you got your money back! Dolce can totally make the look work, but the groomers really didn't listen. If it was something minor, then I'd let it go and come back with a note the next time stating exactly what I want to have done.
The groomer I use left the top knot, left the hair between the eyes, but cut his bangs! I got my boy back, and he had a cute blue bow in but his bangs fanned out and you couldn't see his eyes! What's the point of his topknot if you can't see his eyes???? I forgave her since she doesn't cage my dog, and comes to me instead of me going to her. She seems like a new groomer, so she needs a bit of experience. It was nothing a hair clip couldn't fix!
