Will I never learn to read a thread all the way through?
Anywho I see her old site is down and she ow only sells through puppyfind... I'd send a letter back...I'm not the sharpest light bulb when I get ticked off though,
so check with an licenses attorney in your state...slander only applies to unproven or false information...there is no legal ramifications for showing the letter from a law firm...
I'd furthermore check the legitimacy of the firm...
their letter is rather threatening and based on generalizations and unproven allegations against you...honestly it seems (IMO) a pathetic demand letter obviously intended to be used as a scare tactic...but huh their statements are matter of fact in saying you are spreading false information...did they prove that or are they slandering you? You shoudl seek legal advise immediately.
This is why I won't complete law school-most lawyers make a mockery of their profession representing the scum of society as long as they pay a retainer and or there's a profit to be made.
