If you truly want to be a breeder, then don't let anything stomp on your dreams. Being a doctor, you have a great advantage over most of us! I will say that you should never consider breeding a tiny female. 5 lbs, minimum. No exceptions. Research in the medical field is so important and it's no different in the doggie world.
