1. call the police and get medical attention if your 13 was "nipped" do you really know if they have their vacs? Don't you want to protect your child and other children from that happening again?

2 Call animal control and report the treatment of these dogs etc.

3 Definitely reinforce the fence and also never have yours unattended...if the fence was damaged by the dog have you not filed a complaint of damage and demanded compensation for repairs if to no avail did you not sued for the repairs

4 I recommend bear mace and a tazer...or well something that will stop anything attacking you on your property in it's tracks...check your local laws and utilize common sense please...

5 one aggressive dog is an issue; a pack mentality of aggressive dogs is time bomb waiting to explode...

Had a similar situation here police went to the house, a couple many times, some business relationships put pressure on the person to do the right thing...and I went to the house once...issue was resolved, everyone found middle ground when responsibility and preemptive safety precautions were taken...
