Kas, I'm really concerned about your girl. You have been given excellent advice on this thread. I've also contacted you privately with my phone number and you told me you would call 5 hours ago but I still haven't heard from you. I also contacted a breeder in your state to contact you and offer support. Have you talked with her?
Trust me, experienced breeders will have way more experience with actual normal whelping than most vets. (The topic is barely covered in vet school and after school - unless they specialize - most don't get any practical experience with normal whelping - they do c-sections). The experienced breeders on this list are trying to help you and educate you on the fact that what your girl is doing is not normal and is putting both her life and her puppy's lives in danger. I'm sure you love your girl. Please listen to the advice you have been given and take her to the vet.
