My little girl molly is 12 weeks and she sleeps with me ive had her for 6 days and at night every nite she has slept 8 hours without waking up to go potty. I slept extremely lightly checking on her every hour the first few nights but no waking or accidents. I think it all depends on the puppy. After you got him out twice in a row im sure he wanted to play and was ready to be up.
