Oh wow....I don't think I could ever have my dog have a major procedure with myself being out of town, anything could happen. Also, I would want to make sure I was there as soon as I could to take him home and help him feel comfortable back in his own environment. I am going to be a wreck anyway with Reesie having to go under for his neuter, I will be the mom calling every hour asking for updates and if I can come pick him up early!!!!
Not looking forward to it....but need to start thinking about it.
