Go to your local pet store and buy De Flea! I bought a bottle of it before for my SIL's chi/yorkie mix and it kills on contact. It can be used for newborn puppies and older. It's a very watery "shampoo" but turns into soap and lathers nice! Don't use too much! I can try to take a picture of it to show you. Its in a tan (and kind of striped) bottle.
