I smoked when I was younger, and believe it or not, after many years, still get the urge. I know if I have just one, I will be back on them. You control it, not the nicotine. If you have made it 2 weeks, just take it one day at a time. Nothing wrong with an aid either. The gum or Cherry lozenge can help reduce the crazings. Make it to 10 weeks, you can say you made it, but take it a day at a time. You can do it!
