From things I've read, the most common route is not liking each other at first and then gradually adjusting. Eventually, most of them get along I think.
I'll let you know how it works out when we add our second at some point lol. You could look up Viv's epic journey with Snickers and adding Reesie to her family!
P.S. Also, make sure your male is neutered before you add a female to the family if he isn't already. You wouldn't want your new baby female getting pregnant accidentally!
