Ask your vet, it should be based on her specific needs not the experience of others for something like this: many can go back to back no problem vet may tell you 30 days apart...nope 24 hrs lets do it all back to back...

Most people on here with epileptic dog have been able to get their dog fixed and go under with no problem...my vet feels Elvis only has a 50/50 chance of non-complications until his seizure issues stabilize with medications and we monitor the new pattern or lack of them....so in his case what everyone says means nothing it's case specific based on the what the vet says.
Elvis is still awaiting alteration...okay he's not I am...
