I have never heard of a problem with going under twice so close together (necessary when the surgical site abscesses and has to be repaired or whatever). It is a call that I would be letting the attending vet (not the s/n clinic) make.

It is better for the dog if they don't have to go through induction twice. Baby teeth don't take long to pull at all (maybe a minute or two each for most). This is really something I would have a hard time agreeing to another anesthetic episode for.
