There are GOOD breeders ALL over and it does not take a degree to find them. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS visit the home to to know the dogs and your next baby! These broker and the Puppy mills that sell to them care about ONE thing MONEY. The puppy has had a terrible start in life without the proper socializing them.
After 30 yrs of blood sweat and MANY tears I can't tell you all that goes into raising that perfect family member.
WHY should a puppy be shipped from one person to another? Why should this baby have his whole world upside down? Why wouldn't you want to visit you babies home?
Besides the health problems that you may have shipped, there are the emotional problems that are underlying in their tiny little bodies.
I cry my eyes out each and every time a puppy leaves my home to go to his forever home
I have had many of my dog photo's end up on these websites
You CAN find a forever puppy from someone not too far away, TRULY!!!!!!

I also cannot fathom how a breeder can sell a puppy to someone they have never met, just ship it off somewhere and hope what the buyer tells them is true and the buyer has the best interest of the puppy at heart. Doesn't always happen that way but a breeder that doesn't care, the dog or puppy runs a high risk of ending up suffering for it.
