Relax, it is way to early to tell what kind of coat your Yorkie will have. It takes about 2 years for Yorkies to get into their permanent adult coat, so many changes in color, thickness, length, type (cottony vs silky) will occur in the meantime.
My Tiki started out the first year with thin, slow growing hair, which I found out later is how the very desirable silky coat starts out. Now at 2 1/2 she has an amazing full long silky coat, never mats and is beautiful. There is a sticky note somewhere in the forums, describing the coat changes; I'll look for it and post a link when I find it.
