Nope. No responsible breeder will allow a pup to be separated from their mom before the age of 12 weeks. People have done so in the past, and can claim success, but in reality, they are doing their pup a disservice. There is so much their pups lack in their development that their skin moms will not be able to teach. Think about it, there is a language barrier so to speak. How can a human teach doggy manners? Mom's also start the optty training, so it's actually in your best interest to leave her with her mom. Mom's also teach bite inhibition. The bouncing back and forth isn't a good idea either as the pup can be exposed to many things (infections, bacteria) before her immunity is ready. One of the things that is often recommended is for a pup not to go outside until after 2 weeks after their last sets of puppy vaccinations so their immunity is built up. I think that's 16-18 weeks of age before you can take your dog out to places like petco, dog parks, or even outside for a walk.
