I like potatoes, cabbage, corn, cucumbers, lettuce, fried okra, onions (my favorite), cooked peppers. From a list I saw online, these are what I like. I will eat refried beans if mashed up good in mexican food. I have always been a picky eater.
Luckily I like to snack on almonds, pumpkin seeds and saltine crackers. Dr said they will not be bad for me. I will try to eat more salads. I get the jar of McCormick® Salad Toppins to put on them. It includes
sunflower seeds, soybeans, onion and carrots, I can stomach the dehydrated small bits of carrots.
