Not sure this is the same but Elvis obsessively wipes his feet after he pottiest, like maybe once he stepped in his own pooh!
He goes forward though.
We mock his "OCD" with being clean all the time though...he often will stay squatted and walk like maybe he's not sure he's done or fears a- eeeeewwwwww-hangie-pooh...it is kind of hilarious...he then prances all carefully back to "clean" spot like the patio out of the icky grass & dirt-maybe jumping onto a tree stump not yet removed or the kid's yard furniture if one of the other dog's comes near-they might get him dirty...yes we're mean we make fun of him
