Wow; I'm totally surprised at the turn this thread has taken. No Yorkshire Terrier showed up in the DNA testing? That is quite shocking if the test is to be believed and IF the pup was presented as a purebred yorkie ~ which apparently she was.
I hope you are able to keep this puppy WITH a full refund - which would pretty much be the least the breeder could do.
I hope that you love her though, after all this, and cannot bear to part with her; because every puppy deserves to be loved - even if they flunked their DNA test!
