the way we trained mickey on paper first then outside just like you.
so when we'd house train him we'd associate his activity with a verbal cue so every time we'd take him to the bathroom we'd say "pee pee" then when he was successful in this we'd take him to the park. after walking for about 5 mins we would state the verbal command he learned. so we'd say "pee pee" and let him sniff out the area.
Have you thought about using those puppy pee trianing sprays? I plan on using that when i train my new puppy outside because sadly, i do not have any grass near my area (yes, asia can be pretty sad) |
