I am concerned that if the leg is broken it does not seem as if the vet put a cast on this yorkie. It sounds like Lil pixie went through a similar experience and received better treatment from her vet. Please consult with an orthopedic vet. Your puppy is young and growing so you want to make sure the leg heals properly or your yorkie might have to deal with arthritis and pain, or worse. Please also restrict your puppy from activity for now. Buster was jumping on and off furniture and injured his front legs. I now have steps for the couch and I made him steps for the bed by using storage boxes of different heights and putting a bathroom rug over it for traction. You can find many things around the house to use as steps. The hard part will be getting the dog to use them instead of the shortcut off jumping off. Best wishes to you and your dog.
