Hello and welcome to you and Drake. Did the Vet also check for parasites. Buster had Coccidia and Giardia when I first got him and had intermittent diarrhea due to it. I would see if he checked for that. Also a word of caution wait for any vaccinations until Drake is over his issues. It is better to have their resistance not be all ready compromised when they get the vaccination. I hope Drake is all better soon.
