What are you going to do about this fracture? Just a little FYI: Petsmart is very expensive! I guess you figured that out today.
Your puppy needs to be seen by a board certified surgeon. Please do not bargain with vets and look for cheap care. Fractures should not be repaired by just any vet. We have two pups on the YHR site that had problems due to this where the owners did not take them to a board certified surgeon. One, by the time we got him, was not fixable and he lost his leg. The other one needed bone grafting and a plate and pins...and it was months of crate rest.
Fractures are serious .. I don't know what they gave him today but I don't think he should be out of it at this hour. Perhaps he is in pain. Poor little guy.
