Nope...she is not mad. The one thing that you said that jumped out at me is that you correct her. I don't know what this consists of, but if it is at all what she perceives as negative, you are defeating yourself. They do best with positive reinforcement. She could just be very confused and honestly that is what I am thinking may be going on. First you taught her to use puppy pads, then you wanted her to go outside....she went on the pads and got corrected and now she has no clue what you want. Perhaps this site will give you some tips:
