Hey thanks Crystal, that sounds like a winner. I will definitely try that out. RtsMichele I will look into that book because I really do love cheese and like I said have had a difficult time giving it up, thanks! You all are going to make this easier for me. I have a lot of weight I could benifit from losing, but right now honing in on my cholesterol, heart rate and blood pressure. Thanks again for every ones input.
