I did find some good recipes for quinoa bread (thanks again) that I want to try. I tried the Greek yogurt, not a big fan, but am always open to any advice. I need to do this. I have pretty much given up drinking milk now, but cheese I think will be a difficult one for me. I will look up the morning star products. I really thought i would be having a melt down without candy, pies, cookies, etc., but so far doing ok. Thank you all for your input, I greatly appreciate it.
