I hope your puppy is okay. I just wanted to post to back up the others and say that you REALLY need to take a puppy (or, for that matter, a full-grown yorkie) to the vet immediately. Things happen SO quickly. I had to take my puppy to the emergency vet several times and each time was told that if I hadn't, she would probably not have made it.
Also, I hope you will please keep an eye on her. It's concerning that she was able to access the Xopinex, get it open and ingest it (Isn't it in a box, then a foil wrapper, then a plastic tube?) without you noticing. It helps me to have a cat bell on Zoe, so that I know where she is. On top of that, I just don't really find that I let her out of my sight much. Maybe "baby proofing" your house, just as you would for a human baby is also a good idea. I think that might help you with your own peace of mind as well as ensure her safety as much as possible.
I hope you enjoy a long and healthy future together.
