Honestly, this is something that should have been addressed immediately....not the next day! By this time the medication is already throughout his little system. If the vet said he will be ok, I am sure he will.

I strongly suggest that the next time something like this happens (hopefully it will not) that you go to an emergency clinic right away.

Did the vet say not to feed him? I would think it would be ok for him to eat...you certainly don't want him to end up hypoglycemic. BUT, if the vet said not to feed him, then you should call back and ask him for how long! The vet said to watch him. You need to make sure he is not confused...not weak and stumbling around. Make sure his gums are pink and wet to touch. If they are dry and sticky, he needs to be seen by a vet right away.
