They are not fully vaccinated and to take a puppy into that environment is dangerous. On my personal experience Petsmart or Petco would not be where I would take my dogs for training. It is very hard to find a good trainer either through a pet store like these or privately. Good trainers are very hard to find and just because someone has a trainer certificate does not make them a knowledgeable/good trainer.
