Also no color variations aren't the same as "teacup" breeding, well it can be if people market them and sell them in certain ways, only breeding for size or color being important...as greeders and non-reputable breeders.

The issue with teacups is to purposefully downsize, cause health issues, and breeding dogs too small to breed, creating a standard that is not natural.
If a dog is produced smaller than usual well then it's just a small dog "teacup", it's the selective unhealthy breeding of small dogs to make small pups that is non-reputable and unethical

The issue with colors is only that...color...
unless someone puts color above all other standards that too unrepeatable and unethical.
My "teapot" came out of two standard sized parents...both of standard color...he's also a Parti.
