I agree... they are just as sweet as any standard yorkie. If I understand it a "fault" is a recessive gene? So if a puppy shows up in a litter of a good breeder it is a good dog, just not show quality? In that case I would love to have one.. but would not support a person who breeds to develop the recessive trait and then
over charges on a false "rare" color.
I hate the stories I have heard (from a friend who had boxers) about recessive gens producing white boxer puppies and they were put down because they were not "standard" - my friend had a white boxer his family rescued when she was a child.. and really loved that dog. Hope the story is not true!!
So ... Rosie... you may get a brother or sister?????
