That is a lot of money for something you are not happy with, so I wouldnt let it go.
I would call and ask to see the owner. Ask him if they really are the same salon like you were told. Tell him that you told the stylist what you wanted and she didnt listen then charged you extra for it. You have already paid the money so you have nothing to loose by asking
