I'm so glad that you have decided to visit another vet to address this problem. Keep us posted on her progress.
As for some suggestions you received here like a long litany of tests needed or the suggestion to buy your own supplies or whatever at Revival I think you would be just saving time and money to see another vet who will get to the bottom of this problem.
Yes, it is a free world, but it's a world in which your dog depends on you. That means you have to step up to the plate and get the dog help. There is no other way around it. Self-diagnosis and self treatment with supplies as implied by "ONLY THE BEST" is a recipe for disaster and is not a FRIEND thing to do. Friends don't beat around the bush, they cut right to the chase and tell you their true opinions.
