Tell her you want to talk to the owner. Then ask the owner if they really are the same salon. THEN tell her you're not happy with it and somebody more experienced needs to fix it.
The only reason stylists use toner is if they mess up because it "tones" down the "oops". I would for sure have them fix it and they shouldn't charge you anything.
