"I did get shot records. He's so far had the first two shots..It says he got a 7 way at six weeks and his second set 2/18/2011. There's no date on the six week and the number of weeks old when he got the second is blank.. He's in full force today though and he has a light in his eyes again..He slept just about all night.. Gonna try to see if a name comes today.. I'm also trying to let him wear a little sweater so when I take him outside he doesn't get to cold.. Its been pretty chilly around here lately so if I need to I can just throw the sweater on, take him outside and he's ok.. Although he's not to thrilled about the sweater at the moment. He's actually pouting.. He looks alot better today though and that's all that matters."

Is the shot record from the breeder? Does the shot record have the tag on it from the vial? IMHO, if this record is from the breeder I would not trust that your little man got any shots at all. You might want to talk to your vet about this.
Because it indicates someone who is breeding for especially small dogs most of the time and honestly most people who breed for smaller Yorkies (those who use terms like teacup, micro minis and other terms) seem more concerned with creating hype over the small size and small size in breeding not the real issues in breeding one should be concerned with, health temperament, verification of no genetic defects (like OFA certification), general health testing of the breeding stock etc.

I posed the question to Yorkietalk breeders and a few breeders I know in other ways months ago that I felt are very reputable in the care and efforts they put into producing health pups...I asked how many of them picture their pups with soda or soup cans-NONE OF THEM SAID THEY EVER HAVE TAKEN PICTURES LIKE THAT, that said a lot to me.

It's not necessarily a "red flag" for traditional reasons.
It is in large part my personal experience...noticing a negative correlation with those types of pictures and bad breeders or pup mills-tons of soda can pics and so called glamor pics, but you too should also ask some breeders on here if they do those pictures and if why or why not too.

I'd not solely hold that against anyone, it's the continual little signs things like: parents listed too small to even be bred, not showing pics of parents, pic of those types, CKC registration listed not AKC, several thousand dollars for an open registration AKC dog and they barely screen you as an adopter, selling a pet at the price of a show quality pup no registration, they are selling you a pup not questioning you and adopting to you, listing champion line but they won't show you linage proof, not showing proof of health screening of their breeding stock, oh the list could go on for days!

I took some candid shots of my Teapot Yorkie next to cans in sarcasm after that for a laugh...yes that's a child's apple juice and a family sized can of Campbells...please ignore my messy kitchen
