I love cole slaw, so I shred two cups of cabbage, grate 1 cup of carrots and mix with the following dressing:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add 2 tablespoons sugar.
Combine the dressing and slaw and serve. You can double and tripe this recipe for more people.
