Who in their right mind leaves their dogs in the yard period!? No matter the size why didn't they have a door to run inside? I wouldn't leave my 21 pound Schnorkie in my fully 8' fenced back yard with dog houses out there...unless the slider dog door was open...and I'm walking to the mail box in the front yard as I sometimes do...but really two dogs under 20 pounds left out!?
It's always the dogs that suffer!
The poor big dogs too! Obviously they were the victims of bad owners too...eft to run loose! Obviously they were not socialized to little dogs! Ignorance by every "owner" involved and 4 dogs were harmed!
