Gage, my rescue, did not play much at all when we first got him. All he did was sit under the kitchen table and would back away from you if you tried to get to him. Through endless patience and undying love for him, we have "coaxed" him out of his shell and his little playful personality is shining through
He loves to play! His favorite is an old sock that I tied into a knot - I'll sit on the floor and we'll play tug-o-war for the longest time! His little play "growl" is the cutest
I'm sure your baby's playful personality will shine soon - just give it a little time, let her get used to you and her surroundings. And one day, who knows, we may be reading a post asking how to get her to stop playing so much...LOL! Best of luck and Merry Christmas!
