I know a lot of people swear by the George Foreman's but I HATED mine- I found it dried out the chicken or it was burned on the outside and not cooked good on the inside. If I can't grill outside on an actual grill, I will grill in a grill pan on the stove top.
I use a ton of different seasonings- usually mixing up my own. I start with salt and pepper and then just add a few other spices you like. Or you can start with some of the pre-made spice mixes- they usually tell you if they are good for poultry, fish, or beef.
