Well, I've raised all of mine from young puppies. However, each one played all of their lives. Of course, the play wasn't as rough and tumble as it was when they were young.
I guess you've tried to get her to play with a squeaky ball, or any type ball, for that matter. Just keep trying. Make it fun.
She probably never played but with her litter mates, so she may not be interested. Perhaps she just isn't comfortable enough yet. Also, she may not play at all with the diaper on. Wait until it's off and try again.
