Thanks for the reply. I actually wanted my money back and waited a long time for it and then she told me she wasn't going to have it for me so it was kind of my only option to get a puppy. I was heartbroken when I lost the first one and its never a good sign of a breeder when one passes away. So yes, this is a replacement. I don't believe it was a genetic fault. The vet didn't say anything about it being one. I don't trust the breeder at all. Your very accurate there. The part that made me wonder is she said that she didn't expect the puppy because the mom didn't look pregnant.. So you'd think he was small at birth... If i'm reading the charts right he would have had to have been a few ounces at birth. Like 3-5. Then told me he was going to be small and three days later "I guess he's going to be bigger than I thought I just didn't notice it till now." I think the dog in the second picture looks older than 10 weeks.. And the ears don't really match..
