Default New Yorkie Questions - 4 lb pup at 10 weeks?

Hi and thanks for everyone taking the time to help me with this question. I'm picking up my yorkie this afternoon. I was told he was going to be small, however yesterday got an email saying that he's already 4 lbs 4 oz and is only supposed to be around 10 weeks old. His mom was 4.5 lbs and his dad was 2.5 lbs. I'm wondering if this is normal? I know standard yorkies are around 7 lbs full grown and this guys already 4 lbs 4 oz at 10 weeks which makes me think he's going to be quite the big guy full grown. I've had a yorkie before and I got him at 10 weeks old and wasn't even 1 lb. Same mom as this guy. However he passed away 3 weeks after I got him. We had an autopsy done on him because it wasn't expected. He didn't act sick. The report said he had a oversized heart. I'm just somewhat worried that this guy is already as big as his mom and quite young still.. Any thoughts? The two pictures I received aren't the same dog. I'm driving 3 hours on a hunch that maybe the breeder didn't want to give me this dog. They said the pup was born sooner than they expected because the mom didn't look pregnant and also that he was the only puppy.. Is it possible that at 10 weeks he could have gained so much weight? I'm going to check the puppy out and look in his mouth to see if he still has his baby teeth and if there's any discoloration on his back teeth. Any thoughts or concerns? Thanks! Also I added the first picture I received of him and also the second.
