Poor service Hi guys,
Many of you have bought CC products from me. As distributors, we did get a flyer stating that CC really messed up by putting the shampoo in a clear bottle and NOT putting a shake well instruction on it. When my customers buy that product from me, I always include the flyer. They will be putting the shampoo back in the white bottle like the conditioner is, and they will be adding instructions to shake well before using.
As far as the poor service you got from dealing with CC directly, I'm sorry for that. They should have been more helpful. If you are happy with the product in general though, you should continue to use it and maybe deal with an independent distributor instead.
