Car nerves: is she travelling in a crate? Can you position crate so she can see out window?
Try playing calming music on radio, even hum or sing along. Take short trips and if possible stop take her out play with her, then back in car and go home. Also warm up car before placing her in car. You can visit a pet store, and buy a little treat for her there, and let her walk the aisles with you and meet other folks, and maybe some dogs as well.

If she isn't leash trained it might be easier to take an older dog that is. This way you make your learning mistakes on a dog that presumably you have no intention of showing. I'm assuming that your 6mth old is the one eventually you will be bringing into the ring.
