If she starts talking about getting rid of Baily AGAIN...you really need to tell her your feelings...and certainly you can find a way to tell her the things in your post above... kindly....but strong enough for her to get the point!
I hope she keeps her and yet at the same time...I hope Baily will get the love and attention she deserves!
